Discover what is available locally, meet other herbal lovers and take classes that will cover a wide range of topics. The day will be filled with classes, walks, herbal market, and music. Classes include the Got CBD?, Herbal Medicine for Mental Health, the Golden Answer, Decolonizing Herbalism, Lyme Disease Herbal Protocols, Invasive Plants, Boundaries & Medicine, Immersion into the World of Mushrooms and Fungi, Healing and Prevention According to Ayurveda, and so much more!.

In our continued commitment to make the herbal community accessible, the ticket price is based on a self-determined sliding scale of $25 - $75; children 12 and under are always free. There are work~trade opportunities available.
Food is available for purchase from the Mama Said Hand Pies, Sunrise Samosas, and Over the Moon Grilled Cheeserie.

9-9:30am registration
9:35-10:00am opening circle
10:15-11:30am classes
11:45-1:00pm classes
1:15-2:45pm lunch, herbal market, music
3:00-4:15pm classes
4:30-5:45pm classes
6:00-6:30pm herbal market, talking with new friends, networking...
registration /check in will be open from 9-1:30pm. please stop by the registration table upon your arrival so we can check you in and welcome you!
what to bring:
proper clothing for being outside all day! the weather is variable so be prepared!
sun protection (sunscreen, hats…)
chair
water bottle
lunch +/or snacks
money to purchase lunch +/or snacks from our food vendors!
what NOT to bring:
pets
anything that would disrupt the safe, family friendly vibe!
kids:
children are welcome! however, there is no childcare available although there are classes for children throughout the day. your kids are welcome to attend classes with you.

- Caywood Road is located off of Route 414 in Lodi, NY along Seneca Lake
- There is a sign for Silver Thread Winery at the corner of Route 414 and Caywood Road
- Once on Caywood Road, please follow parking and walking direction
- Accessible parking is available
