Forest time! Learn by using all our senses, learn to gather ethically and attain the foundations of mushroom and plant identification.

What Plants are around us? Whats abundant? What is ‘invasive’? How could we incorporate?

Return back to the Kitchen

Start processing mushrooms, plants and fruit

Make 2 extracts to take home

Dinner is served

Talk mushrooms + mingle
