Join Olga Tzogas + mycologist, artist + chef Willoughby Arevalo for a many course meal centered around fungi and mushrooms found in Greece and various recipes that express our love for the land and the traditional cooking of the Southern Balkans + Eastern Mediterranean.
We will be offering several cooking demos during this meal…everyone goes home with skills to create new cuisines and flavor profiles to enjoy with loved ones!
